Private Duty
is a service typically provided to elderly individuals who require assistance with their day-to-day activities. Private duty aides can assist with tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation and offering companionship to those who need additional assistance to remain safe and comfortable in their own home. Private duty care is not covered by Medicare and is typically paid for by the client.
In-Home services
In-home services (IHS) are designed to assist in meeting the unmet needs of a person and provide necessary assistance for the person to remain in the least restrictive environment.IHS consists of personal care, nursing services, housekeeping, respite, and adult day care services. Royal Touch will provide a worker for you to complete the task as specified in your care plan. The client will receive both unlicensed and/or licensed professional medical assistance.This program is fully funded by MO Healthnet (Medicaid)
Consumer-directed services
CDS), although similar in nature to in-home services, are provided to persons with a physical disability and do not include any task performed by a licensed professional. A participant of CDS must be able to direct the care planning process and hire an attendant. In general, CDS consists of personal care (bathing, cleaning, and meal preparation).With CDS you are able to have a close relative except for spouse and children care for you. Primary Care Physcian
Royal touch has access to getting you a primary physician that you can text or call in an emergent situation and actually speak directly with you physician. You will receive quick response time, quick labs and xrays with three locations.

Pharmacy Services/Medication Set Up
We have trained Nurses that are able to provide you with medication reminders and set up.We have licensed Nurses that are able to see you weekly if requested.

Royal touch are pleased and honored to be able to provide such a service to our vetrans. We look forward to given the best care to our veterans and providing top tier care.
HCY Services
provides service coordination and authorization for medically necessary services for MO HealthNet recipients with special health care needs from birth to age 21. Service coordination includes assessment through home visits and links to services and resources that enable participants to remain safely in their homes with their families. Authorized services may include in-home personal care, in-home nursing care and skilled-nursing visits.
HCBS Waiver services
Waivers given by HCBS in-home services to Missouri residents aged 63 or over who have been assessed to require nursing home care, but have chosen to receive care in their homes instead. This Waiver pays for a range of services, such as adult day care, chore services, and home delivered meals. Services are intended to make it easier for family members or a spouse to care for a loved one at home.(Respite etc.)
